We use Microsoft Outlook to email practice schedules and scripts back and forth to each other every day. We also use Microsoft Excel to do those schedules plus all of our game plan cards and wristbands. We capture film into the computer with a software called Scenealyzer. We have another software called DSV (Digital Sports Video) that is a database used to log, organize, and breakdown both our film and our opponents film. We also use a software called PlayCard Pro to draw our opponents formations and fronts for scout team purposes. As far as hardware goes, we film all practices and games with a mini-DV camera, and we utilize laptops and projectors for viewing this film in the office and in meetings with players. All of our video is stored on a 800 GB hard drive on our base computer. It is a monster that is set up as a server for our DSV network. We run the video thru 1gbps network switches to and from this machine. We burn film from the computer to DVD's. We have a 1-11 disk DVD duplicator to make copies efficiently and get film in our players' hands.

Down here in the sports medicine department we use a program called Sports Ware. Here is a brief overview of what it is all about.
Since 1991, SportsWare has been the leading injury tracking software available. Athletic Trainers in grade schools, high schools, colleges and professional teams around the globe rely on SportsWare to record, manage, and report their training room information.
